Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, making my experience so much more enjoyable. However, they were not as spacious as shown in the pictures. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly, and they quickly resolved our parking issue. The location was excellent, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The dining experience was great, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a great value for money.
Upon arriving at the hotel, we were delighted to find the rooms very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary charge points, perfect after a long journey from London. The service, especially in the Bar and Restaurant area, was exceptional, though assistance with road closures could have been improved. While the location was excellent, close to many attractions, including Paddys Markets and Darling Harbour, we faced challenges during the Chinese New Year. The dining experience was decent, with a full restaurant but some room for improvement in topping up items. Overall, the experience was positive with some areas for enhancement.
My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable as shown in the photos, but unfortunately, they were very outdated and noisy due to ongoing construction. The reception staff was not helpful and a bit rude, which made things more challenging.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and clean, exceeding our expectations. The Darling Harbour location was a huge bonus, placing us right in the heart of the action. The service was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The dining options were plentiful and varied, though some improvements could be made. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing our overall experience.
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with a choice of soft or firm pillows, despite some cleanliness issues, offering a quiet stay except for occasional noise from nearby kids. The service was exceptional at Darling Harbour with friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal for exploring Darling Harbour, Powerhouse Museum, and the Chinese Garden of Friendship. The dining experience provided a great variety of options but fell short in some areas. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the quiet and clean room, the location next to the garbage dispatch area was quite upsetting. The staff were great and very helpful, going the extra mile from the moment we walked in to the time we left. The proximity to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, and the CBD was convenient, although it was not exactly in Darling Harbour as expected. The dining experience, under the belief that breakfast was included, was nice with a varied selection, but there was a misunderstanding about the breakfast in the rate.
The hotel is conveniently located in Chinatown, perfect for those attending shows at The Capitol Theatre. While the surrounding area may lack some of its former vibrancy, the inclusive nature of the hotel makes it a great choice. The dining experience can be hit or miss, and the local restaurant options might be limited, but overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly service.
The hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown and Darling Harbour, making it easy to explore the city. While the rooms were a bit worn out and not ideal for families, the friendly service and great location compensated for it. The dining experience had its shortcomings, but the overall value for money was decent.
The hotel's rooms were quite spacious and had everything I needed, although it could have been perfect if the skirting had been repainted. The bath towel storage above the bath was a bit of an inconvenience. The service was a mix of lacking courtesy at times but with some patience and support displayed by the staff. The location was unbelievably convenient, offering easy access to all Sydney has to offer. The dining experience left something to be desired, with underwhelming options and issues with temperature and cooking. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs but was a decent choice considering its pricing.
