I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, making my experience so much more enjoyable. However, they were not as spacious as shown in the pictures. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly, and they quickly resolved our parking issue. The location was excellent, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The dining experience was great, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a great value for money.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were delighted to find the rooms very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary charge points, perfect after a long journey from London. The service, especially in the Bar and Restaurant area, was exceptional, though assistance with road closures could have been improved. While the location was excellent, close to many attractions, including Paddys Markets and Darling Harbour, we faced challenges during the Chinese New Year.
